Date	Time	Activity/Description
Friday	12:30 PM to 7:00 PM	Packet Pick-up at Ultra Max 6911 Tomahawk Road / Prairie Village, KS (913-403-0507 ).
Saturday	2:00 PM to 4:00 PM	Packet Pick-up at the race site / Crows Creek, Smithville Lake, MO.
Sunday	5:00 AM	Gates open to participants & spectators.
		Volunteer Check-In, sooner if possible if your volunteer area starts earlier.
	5:15 AM	Transition is open to athletes.
		Body Marking and Chip Pick-up.
	6:00 AM – 6:30 AM	Swim warm up area open.
	6:30 AM	Park Closed, no one can get in or out from this point until the last athlete has left the bike course.
	6:45 AM	Pre-race meeting for all participants.
		Transition Area closes.
	7:00 AM	Race start / swim start
	9:30 AM (approximate)	Awards ceremony.
	Post-Race	Celebration at the Brew Top in North Kansas City following the race with special pricing for athletes and volunteers.http://www.thebrewtop.com/index.php/contact-nkc/article/2-the-brewtop-north-kansas-city

Travel and Hotel:

Camping: On-site camping is available at Crows Creek - close proximity to transition area. For more information, please visit the Clay County Parks Smithville Lake website.

Hotels: Several hotels exist near the Kansas City International Airport - approximately 13mi from Crows Creek. The Kansas City Convention & Visitors Association website has a lot of great information about things to do and places to stay.
Getting There

Directions:

169 N toward Smithville to 92 HWY and go East or I-35 toward Kearney to 92 HWY and go West

Take 92 HWY to HWY “E”/County Road “E” and go North, “E” will take you to Crows Creek

Turn left onto Crows Creek Campground Rd and stay to your left at the fork

Race site is at Shelter 5; there are also Crow's Creek signs along the route as well as race signs

Race Day Parking / CARPOOL: Athlete's and Volunteers will not have to pay to enter the park. Spectator payment TBD if applicable. PLEASE consider carpooling with other participants, volunteers and/or spectators.
