RACE LOGISTICS AND DETAILS
Will this event be sanctioned by USA Triathlon (USAT)? Yes. Athletes will need to be a USAT member or purchase a race day pass for $12 prior to the race. You will do this during on-line registration.
What are the rules? We will be following the rules established by USAT.
What are the packet pick-up guidelines? Each athlete must pick up their own packet the day before the race (including each team member for relays). Photo ID is required. USAT members will be required to show current membership card. No race day packet pick up will be available.
Is there an age requirement? Yes. All athletes must be 15 years of age by 12/31/13 (USAT rules).
What age group will I be in? All athletes will race based on their age as of 12/31/13.
What are the age groups? Women and Men 24 & under, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59 & 60 and over.
Is there a relay/team division? Yes. Teams must have 2-3 athletes participate. Each team member will receive a t-shirt and medal.
What about timing? We will be using one of the most advanced timing systems on the market. This will capture and break down your times, including pace and mph. There will also be a results depot for each athlete to take home their printed results for keep sake.
Will awards be given to the top finishers and the top age group finishers?

Can I wear a wetsuit? Wetsuits will be allowed if the water temperature is below 78 deg Farenheit.
Will aid stations be on the course? There will be 3 aid stations along the run course only.
REGISTRATION
What is the registration period? Registration is open from February 1st until July 14th.
How much is the race and by when do I have to register? Please don’t wait to register as we expect this event to fill up quickly. Early registered participants also receive the lowest entry fee. Below listed are the open registration dates and entry fee amounts.
Individual Race Fees:
Register before April 30th - $70.00
Register before June 30th – $80.00
Register after that – $90.00
Team/Relay Race Fees:
Register before February 15th - $100.00 per team
Register before May 31st – $110.00 per team
Register before July 21st – $120.00 per team

This has been a very common complaint. 99.99% of the time it is because your web browser is not allowing cookies from our site. Reducing your security settings to allow cookies should fix the problem.
